Elder Harry A. Marrero faithfully serves at Restoration Cathedral under the spiritual leadership of Bishop Jermaine McInnis Sr. and Senior Pastor Dr. Kawana McInnis. With a genuine love for God and His people, Elder Harry has embraced the call to serve with humility, faithfulness, and a heart fully committed to Kingdom work. He possesses a sincere passion for preaching the Word of God and allowing his life to be used as an instrument for God’s glory.

He currently serves as Senior Director of the Restoration Center of Hope E-Church alongside his wife, Elder Imilsa Marrero. He also faithfully serves as Adjutant to Bishop Jermaine McInnis Sr., Ministry Engagement Officer for Team Refresh, and as a Levite during weekly Sunday worship services. Whether standing before the congregation or laboring quietly behind the scenes, Elder Harry seeks to serve wherever God has need of him. He approaches every assignment with prayer, reverence, consistency, and a desire to honor both God and the leadership under whom he has been called to serve.

Elder Harry believes that ministry is more than a title or position—it is a life of service. His desire is to remain yielded to the will of God, allowing the Holy Spirit to continually shape his character, strengthen his gifts, and prepare him for every Kingdom assignment entrusted to his hands.

Outside of ministry, Elder Harry has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since the age of 16 and currently serves professionally as a licensed Pharmacy Technician. He is also a licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent. In every area of his life, he strives to demonstrate compassion, integrity, and a willingness to help others, recognizing that service extends beyond the walls of the church.

Elder Harry is a devoted husband to his wife of 19 years, Elder Imilsa Marrero, and a loving father to their son, Isaac Darius Marrero. He considers his family one of God’s greatest blessings and remains committed to leading, loving, and serving his household according to biblical principles.

Above all, Elder Harry’s desire is to hear the words, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.” He remains committed to walking humbly before God, serving His people faithfully, supporting the vision of his spiritual leaders, and using every gift, opportunity, and assignment entrusted to him to glorify God and advance His Kingdom.

Elder Imilsa Marrero faithfully serves at Restoration Cathedral under the spiritual leadership of Bishop Jermaine McInnis Sr. and Senior Pastor Dr. Kawana McInnis. She is a woman of prayer with a deep heart for intercession, teaching, and serving God’s people. Her passion is to see lives strengthened, encouraged, restored, and drawn closer to God as she faithfully uses the gifts He has entrusted to her for the advancement of His Kingdom.

She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Restoration Center of Hope E-Church and as the Ministry Engagement Officer for Team Restore. In these capacities, she prayerfully uses her gifts to encourage, connect with, and minister to the spiritual needs of God’s people. Elder Imilsa also serves on the Restoration Cathedral and Restoration Global Ministries Prayer Team, faithfully standing in the gap and lifting the needs of individuals, families, churches, and communities before the Lord in intercession. Her ministry is marked by a sincere love for the Word of God, a steadfast commitment to prayer, and a desire to see God’s people healed, strengthened, and restored.

Elder Imilsa believes that prayer is not simply a ministry assignment, but a sacred calling and a vital part of her walk with God. She endeavors to remain sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, allowing God to use her as a vessel of encouragement, wisdom, compassion, and spiritual strength to those she encounters.

Outside of ministry, Elder Imilsa has faithfully served in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 20 years and currently works professionally as a Pre-K teacher. She holds a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Early Childhood General and Special Education from Touro University. Her professional journey reflects her longstanding commitment to educating, nurturing, developing, and supporting young children and their families.
