Women's Ministry

The Esther Project

Three levels of preparation for Leadership ...

  • Level 1 - The Call

  • Level 2 - The Commitment

  • Level 3 - The Conviction

The Esther Project is a women’s ministry that is designed to prepare women to work in the forefront of ministry by answering the “Call”; to take a leadership role through servanthood, commitment and by yielding to the convictions that Christ places in their hearts in order to fulfill destiny and promise. Through humble submission of each level, the women of Restoration will grow in power, knowledge, and love.

The Call

"And he brought up Hadassah, that [is], Esther, his uncle's daughter: for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid [was] fair and beautiful; whom Mordecai, when her father and mother were dead, took for his own daughter. So it came to pass, when the king's commandment and his decree was heard, and when many maidens were gathered together unto Shushan the palace, to the custody of Hegai, that Esther was brought also unto the king's house, to the custody of Hegai, keeper of the women." Esther 2:7-8 Women are restored to enter into a place of preparation. In order to be prepared for ministry and purpose there must be mentorship and training. By yielding to the acknowledged call of God, the first step of preparing for promise begins.

The Commitment

"Now when every maid's turn was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, after that she had been twelve months, according to the manner of the women, (for so were the days of their purifications accomplished, [to wit], six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odours, and with [other] things for the purifying of the women." Esther 2:12 Sometimes when the preparation becomes difficult we “pause” instead of “pressing toward the mark of the higher caller in Christ Jesus.” Esther committed herself to twelve months of preparation that would lead to a crossroad in her life. Likewise the Esther Project is a commitment of fellowship, forgiveness, mentorship and training.

The Conviction

"Then Esther bade [them] return Mordecai [this answer]: Go, gather together all the Jews that are present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which [is] not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish." Esther 4:15-16 God finally had Esther in a place of leadership as a “Leading Lady.” “The Test” was the one thing that would set her apart as a true woman of God. Likewise the woman of the Esther Project will be faced with tests of character and commitment.

The Call, The Commitment and The Conviction are the three milestones of the Esther Project that will lead the ladies of Restoration to the will of the “Chief Cornerstone,” Jesus, the Christ.

Sow A Seed

And Watch It Grow

The Bible says in Luke 6:38 "Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you."
